A little about me
I’m Tor. I work across design, photography, and motion. Making things is my purpose; paying attention is how I do it.
My experience spans product, marketing, and brand. Intention comes first: who is this for, and what should it help them feel, understand, or do? That guides the creative choices, the delivery, and what a good result looks like.
People are beautiful. The work is a collaboration, not a correction. We find the light, the environment, and the moment together. I capture you as you are. You should recognize yourself in the photograph—and feel recognized.
Working together is decisive, objective, and collaborative. We agree on the intention, make clear decisions, and finish what we start. The “f*ck yes” comes when the work is finished—and it does what we set out to do.

Imagine.
We start with what matters to you. Who are we talking to? What do we want to say? We set the intention together.

Then we make it. Photography, design, or motion: light, image, type, timing. Every choice serves the intention we set together.
Inspire.
Work that represents you on your terms. A photograph you recognize yourself in. A message that says what you mean. We judge the result against the intention we set—not someone else’s idea of who you should be.
The mark

My icon is a broken image: the little pixel page your screen shows when a picture fails to load. I chose it on purpose.
It is the moment my work exists to prevent. Every shoot, every cut, every frame of animation is me showing up, so the image you were hoping for is there, made deliberately and finished with care.
So the mark is a reminder, and a signature. On a portrait, an edit, or a moving title, it means I was here, and the work arrived.

Anti Lands.
A free music festival in the redwoods at Lake Merritt, built with a crew. I handle lighting, promotion, and design. Four editions in, it’s still local, independent, and crew-funded.
